Unlike the typical cookie cutter hotels, this boutique hotel looks to revitalize empty storefronts within urban environments. the design draws on inspiration of local neighborhoods through its art and culture, whether its the lights of times square or the murals and graffiti found in the east village, and the history of the spaces it occupies.

the color palette for each room is curated to to complement the type of sunlight each room receives, while gloss and matte finishes add richness and depth to the space. a user controlled circadian lighting system integrated with polycarbonate walls divide the different functions of the space and provide a unique opportunity for each guest to create their own immersive experience.
